* Concept:  it wants to say: CLOSE TO THE SEA in the basque langue. This is a platform from private people,
                                                                                  designed to rent small flats along the coast of the Atlantic French-Basque.
           
    * The start of this way is with Biarritz (2008), after Saint-Jean-de-Luz (2010), Ciboure (2011), and finally Guéthary (2019),
                     in a space of 15 km around. [Sometimes they can be added other housings that are in the profile, as in San Sebastián (2015)]

   * Challenge: To offer a lodging proposal of good quality-price ratio, with charm, without intermediaries.
                       To create a different kind of place, immersed with a basque-french spirit, fully devoted to a genuine culture,
                                         open to world travellers, who want to feel all the authenticity of the North Basque country, during their stay.

   * Profile:  .- All of them within singular buildings, with personality & history, solid construction, careful repair.
                    .- They are situated next to the beach (less than 500 meters).         .- A few distance from parks, inside grove zone.
                    .- Peaceful and calm places and, at same time, close to the shops, shopping centres, restaurants, city centre.
                    .- Well equipped: Washing machine (Miele, AEG), TV High Definition (Sony Bravia), WI-FI (High-Speed Internet)...
